Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservation on website are accepted only for the companies / individuals those who have registered with us.
  2. Once order is placed it will be executed immediately. Any changes in the request will be considered as fresh booking.
  3. When you modify or cancel your request, there will be cancellation charges and service charges on purchase of tickets as per rules.
  4. The service charges for reservation and cancellation of tickets will be charged as per our terms in our contract.
  5. The management is not responsible for duplication of reservation and errors made by customers during booking of tickets.
  6. The payments for the tickets should be paid against delivery of the tickets. Those who have paid security deposits can make the payments as agreed on the contract.
  7. We request our customers to check their tickets on delivery of tickets. The management is not responsible for any disputes later.
  8. Purchase of Railway ticket is subject to availability at the time of execution of the booking with irctc/Indian Railways. The management will not be able to assure the same position of berths/seats what so ever you have checked at the time of placing the request.
  9. Non-availability of the tickets will be intimated to the customers through e-mail/ telephone. It is also advised to customers to get in touch with us for knowing the status of their reservations in case of not receiving any message from our side.
  10. However some of the reservations will be considered only after receiving the advance amount. The same will be intimated to you on receiving the orders.
  11. The preferences of berths/seats etc are subject to availability of accommodation and the management is not responsible for not getting the specified request.
  12. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Bangalore.
  13. The management will not be responsible for any failure in the system, connectivity to the ISP or any other problem that arises at the user’s end.
  14. Passenger should carry any one of the original photo identity card issued by central of state government while traveling on e-ticket.
  15. The senior citizens should carry the original documents of proof, same can be produced when asked by the competent authority.
  16. When the E-tickets are not confirmed, even after finalization of chart, it will get cancel automatically and the refund will credited to your account.

  18. For cancellation of Railway tickets the charges are applicable as per Railway rules, at the time of cancelling the tickets at Railway counters not at the time of receiving the tickets or intimation.
